I misunderstood their template and their product didn't print the way I was thinking it would. They understood my mistake and reprinted / shipped new ones to me for FREE! Was really impressed, quality customers service isn't something I see very much anymore. As for the product: I ordered 2 table runners with stitched sides, quality was better than expected for the price (very reasonable), print quality was good. Overall very happy customer!
