I have not been contacted in a timely manner about my banner issue.
The price is right, so I was really excited about this pop up fabric / custom graphic table.
Production was delayed due to proofing / website tools. Order was placed on 9Aug, first proof was sent on 13Aug with no “approve” button on the website. I responded with “looks fine” and then asked a question which took another 4 days to answer. Again, no “approve” button, so I had to say “approve” in the comments. It was finally approved on the 21st and production was started. So… about 12 days to do what should have taken 2 - 3.
Also, the colors are slightly off. My pink is #ff009d, and the proof is a replica of my submitted design… so it looked fine. But what I got is darker making the pink more of a magenta. Part of it is my fault because I had a pink banner with transparency on and black in the background, but all the lettering should have been crisp and clean. I’ve used the same fonts/colors/tools to create and submit graphics to other prints for other banners, so I’m not sure how I could have avoided this being too dark.
Probably won’t be ordering from here again despite the decent pricing.
Very happy with our sign--delivered on time and it looks great! Heavy enough so it doesn't blow over too.
My images were low resolution. The team were patient and communicative. They were creative and worked their magic. I love my banner.
