Communication is very slow. Too slow especially when they didn’t print the right files and sent the wrong sizes. The quality is very good. They know what they are doing in printing and design. Sales people are nice and try to help. But there is a major disconnect between sales/orders and the one who do the printing. It’s taken over 3 weeks of back and forth and still I don’t have all the banners I paid for.
We ordered 10 2x3 vinyl banners with grommets for our swim team senior night. They turned out great! Everyone I know who needs vinyl banners will be ordering from best of signs! They were available after hours to answer questions and I like that they give you the option to have someone "check"/review your product to verify that it is indeed ready for printing. Everyone loved their banner! Thank you!
This is my second time ordering from here. I was really happy with my first order came out perfect. The second time I opted for the UV protected type of vinyl and the color looked kinda weak. Almost faded. I think maybe that's the difference, because my first sign was spot on color matching the image I sent. Anyway. Good quality for the price. Just wish It matched my image a bit more is all.
