We will never order from Best of Signs again and neither should you, if you're reading this to get a feel for the company/quality/experience as a first-time buyer. The products are intentionally marketed without their full price tags; their customer service is condescending and negligent, and there is no other form of communication for Best of Signs customer service besides chatting with likely bots; and they're unwilling to rectify mistakes. If you have the money, I guess you can afford to roll the dice that you don't have any issues for them to correct. We are, unfortunately, a small nonprofit that did not have that option. But frankly, for your money, you could save yourself a lot of time and grief by choosing to purchase elsewhere.

Excellent print quality! If you're used to ordering the 8x8 or 8x10 banners, its important to note that this takes a lot more work to setup, but its so worth it for tradeshows and other branded experiences to make a big impact.
Fuck off these people suck at their job. None of them could speak fucking English and you have to repeat yourself over and over.

Completely modified the panels, secure d the vinyl to the frames and attached them all together but one, using the last panel as a custom door to get in and out of our bird emporium so our new kittens will be forced to behave for now...
We have an issue with something that was misprinted waiting to get status as to how this will be fixed
Tshirts were delayed, and V neck was so up on the neck doesn’t even look like V neck but liked the quality and also loved the A Sign
Items purchased were great quality, customer service was awesome to work with and final products exceeded our expectations!
Paid for it to arrive overnight Wednesday. Ending up arriving on Sunday so it wasn't available for our event.
