- Winners will receive a $500 promo code to be redeemed on the Best of Signs website.
- Winners agree to share photos / videos of their new holiday displays created with Best of Signs products.
- Winners will be asked to provide their business logo and a representative headshot (“mug shot”) for use in Best of Signs’ website features, marketing, and social media promotions.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and represent a registered small or medium-sized business.
- Contest entry ends on 5th November 2025. Winners will be announced on or about November 11th, 2025.
- Each business may submit only one entry. Duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will not be considered.
- Entrant must be the business owner or an authorized representative of the business.
- Winners will be selected based on clarity of business need, quality of submission, and potential impact of display solutions, as determined by a judging panel. Social media follower count will not be a determining factor.
- Each winner will receive a $500 promo code, valid for 60 days from issuance. The promo code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Winners must respond to prize notification within seven (7) business days. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Winners may be required to provide business logos, artwork, or brand assets for the purpose of fulfilling printing orders, creating digital or social media content, and conducting promotional coverage.
- By entering, participants grant Best of Signs the right to use their name, business name, likeness, photos, videos, and submitted content for promotional purposes across social media, the Best of Signs website, and related marketing materials, without additional compensation.
- Winners agree to reasonably cooperate with Best of Signs in promotional activities, which may include providing photos, videos, and information about their business story.
- Best of Signs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in cases of fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Best of Signs is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical issues that may affect participation.
