Very expensive and did not get what I expected and no help recfifying
Bar says adjustable but it doesn’t warn you that there is a minimum width as well and the company did not tell me the banner I was purchasing would not fit the $200 stand I was purchasing with the banner. Shocked at the lack of assistance from customer service when spending just shy of $300. Find another company for banners.

10x8 step and repeat backdrop banner
The backdrop banner itself looked very nice. I have no complaints with that. The only complaint that I have is with the stand that came with it. It was a little frumpy. Also, it didn't have the clips to hold the banner to the stand so I had to improvise and use zip ties and it wrapped around the pole a little bit in order to get it to hold up. Which did not look professional and I was very disappointed in that part but the actual banner itself was nice

Good - what I ordered
It came exactly as it said it would. The only thing I think people might appreciate is knowing about the bowing in the middle when you get an 8x10 step and repeat. I don't know if that happens with the cloth version but it certainly does with the vinyl.

Wish it wasn’t see through
I ordered a black back drop with logos all over it, and for some reason they used white cloth and printed the black coloring on it with the logo. The back side it white and it’s see through. The black isn’t very dark. It’s an outdoor banner so it looks washed out and bad. Sucks it was so much for such low quality

Great stuff
I have the stands and have done a test assembly. They go together easily and without difficulty. I wish the instructions were a little better but it was not hard to figure out.

Things to know
We ordered the 8 x 10 ft step and repeat with the stand. A couple of things to know about the process. If you don't have the full design for the banner, you can use the app that automatically places the logos and headlines on the banner but you have limited control over the placement of those. We ended up with too much white space and too little of the logos visible. But the biggest issue was that the banner didn't unfurl properly and it had creases that made taking photos against it really difficult. It looked like someone had taken it out of a dumpster and there was no easy way to fix it. We tried to pull it taut but it didn't work. So that was very disappointing and it made the banner look cheap. Unfortunately this was not what we envisioned.
