I ordered 2 custom blow up men to say "Go Skins". I received credit card bill being charged before I ever approved the proof. Then told I owed more. Then after finally settling dispute I only received one of the two I ordered. Deeply upset

I've had nothing but issues with my orders
I've had nothing but issues with my orders. Damaged items, delayed shipping, spent HOURS via email, chat, and phone to resolve issues, refund/credit wasn't processed until a week after the ticket was resolved and only got processed because I spent nearly 3 hours on the chat (and then on the phone). As a result I've now had to pay out of pocket or priority overnight shipping to get a replacement item by the time I need it. It's a shame, the quality on the undamaged items was good. Unfortunately, I will never order here again and will be telling others they shouldn't either.

Bad experience using the design team, unable to follow direction when provided a specific mockup/revisions x2 - all the back and forth resulted in my not having my item for a show - when I ordered several weeks in advance and expressed the urgency in getting the design right and provided detailed revisions. Very disappointed and will not use this company again- too many other competitors that are eager to work with my small business - do not recommended. Take your business somewhere else.
