Not delivered on time
My order arrived 9 days after the estimated delivery date and missed the event that I needed it for . It cost me extra money to print one locally, so I ended up paying double. I was told by the nice customer service rep that Best of Signs had a location in Georgia USA to find out my order was sent from Dubai.

It was just OK
This was a difficult purchase to make. Multiple emails daily regarding my purchase and my graphic. No one to talk to and multiple changes made over the course of the purchase. Not particularly happy with the end result, but it is what it is.
