Your product was great but
Your product was great but the shipping time was not!! I paid extra for quicker shipping (estimated time was March 25th and it never came until the 28th. If I had known that I would not have paid the extra $20.

Quality of printing on the banners them selves, great. Packaging for banners can improve.
The way the banners were packaged allowed for the edges of the banners to get crumpled as they were in a tube without the proper end to it, and just tape on the end instead. The stands are good, however I would have like written instructions to go with them instead of just pictures we had to guess at.
Quality of printing is excellent, best I've seen. We are a music entertainment company, and appreciate the printing of these!

Came a week late, even though I paid for fast shipping
We order from BestofSigns often. Staff were not able to tell me why our banner was shipped out late and got here a week late -- AFTER the event it was meant for. Now it's useless. I had to fight for a full refund, too! Ridiculous.
