I'm sure I'll like it when I get it
I ordered this tent topper for an event and paid for the expedited delivery. I ordered it on 2/8 for an event on 2/21. The event has come and gone and I still do not have the tent topper or is there any tracking information available for it. Would have been nice to have the item for the event. I had to buy 2 other tents at Walmart since I didn't have this tent top/

Ugh! Bummed
Let me try to give a balanced review: Pro’s: 1. The materials appear to be good quality (certainly the top!). Time will tell. Con’s: 1. Don’t be fooled ( as I was) by the “soo easy to put together” reviews. At first glance it appears easy, intuitive and straightforward. It took my wife and I 45 min to an hour of staring at this thing and messing with it to figure it out ( I’m a Dj and she’s an event designer). There are no instructions. We understood the concept by looking at it but it was difficult to figure out where to grab hold of it to properly extend it. Turns out, you grab in the middle on opposite sides and sort of each walk BACKWARDS. The next problem was trying to get the rest of it raised to a hole where you can snap it in. Turns out you don’t step on the bottom feet but, rather, the bottom connector. Otherwise the leg moves up with it. Anyway. It was annoying and DEFINITELY a two-person job. 2. The max height they tell you must be the highest point of the top. I got this to put my Dj speaker setup underneath and need headroom for speakers. Speakers have to be above people’s heads not in their face. There’s no way the bottom part of the canopy can get high enough to accommodate this so I felt this was a bit deceptive. 3. It came with a bag which was nice but it’s a pain in the butt to get the aluminum legs in it. It barely fits and the zipper is all wonky to where it isn’t straight. Overall I’m disappointed. I’ll keep it but I already dread having to use it / set it up. It’s just not intuitive or streamlined as it could be. Of course after you invest in sand bags too, you’re into a $200 investment that you shouldn’t dread messing with.

I did not order the Canopy cover, nor did you have permission from me to charge my Master Cart. I was much surprise to receive an e-mail that this item was being sent to me, as well as a charge to my credit card. When the package arrived at my door, I had Fed Ex return it to the sender. Have had many correspondence with your company about this situation. Have asked that a refund be made on my credit card. Have not heard from you as of today. Please get your records corrected. I feel this is a situation taken on my account that I knew nothing about.

Missing canopies!
Our first order was 15 blank canopies with frames. So far out of 7, I know of 3 delivered together. 4 out of 7 received only the frame.

Misleading product title
I bought this thinking it was a tent, as the title of the product indicated. Actually it was just the fabric and did not include any of the poles or hardware. Buyer beware!

Blank Canopy Tent
I got one box of fabric, no frame or anything else last Fri. Per the photos I was under the impression a frame was included. I guess not since you sent me an email to summit a review. I waited two working days to see is something else was coming . What a waste of money for something that is no good to me.

Only a part of the canopy
It was my mistake but why when searching for a tent canopy did the product default to just the top and not the hardware? Had to pick a tent up at a local store for the event I was having.

False advertising
I'm not sure why they keep calling what I ordered a "Blank canopy tent". I bought a "blank canopy:" If they had called it the proper name, I wouldn't be doing this review of false advertising. Buyer beware of the what the store is calling the item your ordering. The returning shipping is $32 to get back $65. Grandma said, 6 of one, 1/2 dozen of the other.

Outstanding Customer Service for a very sturdy product - pleasant surprise all around.
Ordered 10x10 canopy for beach trips with plain black top. Free shipping took less than a week. Frame appears to be made from thick aircraft-grade aluminum. Plastic parts, especially corner caps, look thick and shatter- resistant. Stitching is good. Adjustment mechanisms do not stick or seize. Corner feet are wide and strong. Carry case is not included nor available from the vendor. Fully assembled with canopy cover tips the scales at beefy 50 lb and should come with carry case which I will purchase from the vendor if it becomes available. Unfolded like a dream, very sturdy in beach wind even without additional anchoring. Multiple height positions help stabilize the canopy by tilting it into the wind, lowest extended position is comfortable for a 6-ft tall person. How it holds up to salt and sand over the years - remains to be seen, purchase is too new. Stakes and ropes were accidentally not included in shipping, called customer hot line and immediately received a person on the other end. With profuse apologies the missing parts were express-shipped and fully match the sturdiness of the tent. Ropes attach to D-rings as opposed to commonly found self-fabric loops. One of my friends is a serious hobbyist, exhibits at fairs and owns a name brand tent - she inspected the purchase as I received it and though of it as a competent replacement for a name brand for a lot less money.
