I had transparent decals on
I had transparent decals on my order. While the process was smooth at first, the final product was disappointing. I had submitted a PDF file with the image on a transparent background, which included white elements that were essential to the design. When I was asked to review and approve the artwork, I noticed that you placed the image on a white background for clarity. I said this wasn’t needed, as I wanted the background to remain transparent. You assured me the background would be transparent as requested. However, when the decals arrived, you had removed the white areas from the image entirely, which ruined the design. Unfortunately, this miscommunication and error led to a product that didn’t meet my expectations. I would have appreciated more attention to detail and clearer communication throughout the process.

crease lines across entire sign???
Hello, just received my vinyl auto decal. Looks great only one problem….it has vertical crease lines across entire image. I dont think these will go away when applied to vehicle.

Vinyl too thin
The material is too thin and stretches during application making it crinkle and look terrible. I put in a ticket on the order and have heard nothing back for over a week.

Great product for the price.
Great product for the price. Short lead time is nice, and easy to apply. Suggest spraying water to the surface you are applying the decal to as well as the back of decal for easier application. They should update the instruction to note this.

Was apprehensive, but amazed at great quality

It came out looking good
It came out looking good but part of it was scratched off somehow within just a few weeks. It was actually a repalcement as our old one had some scuff marks but it was a few years old so that's understandable. I do like that I was able to customize the size to exactly what I needed.

Do not buy from them. Terrible product delivery condition
This company is based in Georgia but the product came from India. This was a time sensitive order so I payed for expedited shipping, however it was late by over 5 days. When I tried to email them to receive a refund for the shipping, I found that their email box is full. The product itself arrived in terrible condition. Every single sticker was damaged in some way, and half of them were completely unusable, as if someone took a lighter and burned right through the middle of them. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this company. I certainly won't be again.

Decals looked nice but immediately
Decals looked nice but immediately began peeling off side of vehicle/filling with bubbles. Once it rained all the bubbles filled with water and they had to be squeegee-ed out. We are going to try to coat with clear poly to keep it on the vehicle as we are happy with the way it looks but it does not stick or stay well.
