Outstanding Service & Product
I ordered a vinyl transfer sign and a canvas banner. The quality of both was outstanding. Customer service was excellent; a knowledgeable person was right there via chat to answer all of my questions. Finally, turnaround time was much quicker than elsewhere. I'm recommending to other small biz owners.

Good Pricing for Canvas Banner
Quick turnaround. Great pricing! I found “chat” feature a bit cumbersome but ended up being helpful. Large canvas banner turned out very well.

Product arrived late and I couldn't use it
The quality was as expected but since the product shipped from India it did not arrive in time for my event (even though I paid for expedited shipping.) I did not realize that the banner I ordered was made in another country.
Next time I will be supporting an American manufactured company.
The package arrived in a thick cardboard tube sealed with packing tape on both ends. It was difficult to open and will not be good for storage purposes.
Customer service was very prompt and helpful even though my product took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They refunded all of my shipping costs.

I was actually afraid to
I was actually afraid to open up my package because I was sure I was going to be disappointed in an eight dollar canvas banner. OMG, I could not have been more wrong! I am absolutely thrilled beyond words and I can Only say that best of signs is the way to go for your business signage needs. I will be ordering more items down the road as my business grows. I love my banner so much that I gave a shout out on IG. Oh, and the shipping was amazingly fast coming from India.

While the banner and print
While the banner and print is good, the shipping had a couple of snafus. They don't ship to APO addresses, but that wasn't apparent when I purchased the product. I was lucky I was able to ship it to my family's home, but if I didn't, I would've wasted time and resources. Also, the banner wasn't rolled, so it was wrinkled when it arrived. This is not ideal for display.

Disappointed
I ordered 2 2x2 canvas prints, with expedited shipping.
They were shipped rolled but not in a shipping tube, just a thin walled small square box (2x2x26). The box was completely flattened by the time it arrived. The canvas prints inside were squished and had multiple deep creases running the entire length. Additionally the ends had been to heck.
Completely unusable. Totally ruined. So very disappointed.
I ended up paying about $15 more to have them printed from a different company. Those arrived properly packaged, so apparently just this company doesn’t know how to package and ship items safely.

Pole pocket stitching is white
The stitching for the top and bottom pole slots is white so take that into consideration when choosing attachment methods. Good product and print quality. Great customer service.
