These are both one and the same there is no difference between the clear-cut decals and the window lettering they are both one and the same I don't know why we have two different reviews. When the package showed up it was one diecut sticker or window lettering

Your service is getting worst each time
My two last orders have had a delay (1 week & 2 weeks respectively)
They charged more money to me because of change the ink but I had chose the same ink they were charging me when I made my order.
When I contacted support they said the delay was because they had a high volume of orders, so unprofessional.

1Star for Effort? I guess?
I worked with designers for a few weeks to get the product right. Stating multiple times the design is for a wall and once the product was here, it was ripped before it was even off the sheet and didn't last 5 mins after being put up on a clean wall.

Apologies for taking so long to post this. I LOVE my sign. It's perfect. The little air bubbles aren't the fault of the sign but the installer (me!). It's terrific. Thank you.

Poor quality and hidden charges
Very unhappy with the added cost for you guys to do something when it said it was free and when I already provided the file type you requested. I have probably lost my customer due to this. And the quality was cheap

Measurements were not correct. They
Measurements were not correct. They don't use the measument of the actual image... they use the measument from the edge of their page it was printed on. So there was extra inches that were just blank and my original image was smaller.

Artwork delivered in two pieces
Artwork delivered in two pieces instead of one.
Printed on clear vinyl rather than die cut to the artwork itself.
