pop up curved display

I was having a rough time with the backdrop art and called customer service- they stayed on the phone with me until the artwork was updated to make sure it looked perfect before they pushed it to production for me. 10/10

Sent to the wrong address

Since you sent the display to the wrong address I have no way of doing a review because it's in my bosses garage who is out of town for a month. A neighbor had to open the garage and drag 4 boxes in. The only reason it's two stars instead of one is because the set up was easy.

very impressive

I needed within a couple of days. Once I placed my order online, it showed a couple of days longer before shipping. I couldnt wait and they let me pick it up from a production place within an hour of my house. Each person I talked to was very helpful and I couldnt have been more pleased in my 8 x x8 booth banner

booth backdrop

The booth backdrop turned out good. But they have a white boarder and white sides when the rest of the backdrop is black. looks goofy. Wish they would have caught it. They even finalized the artwork...

Feedback

The quality of the material is excellent. However the images was a bit small, middle ways, and at the bottom. Where you should at least have them at the top and middleways.

Exactly what you want! Great quality

Excellent products and service . Carrying case is adequate but it is not a commercial grade transport system. That is always more money and you can buy it anywhere. Turnaround is super quick and despite multiple back and forth designer talk with my team- which was so easy and very productive and professional, they delivered a great quality product. I cannot wait to showcase my product on their printed banner !

Fantastic quality, Best in Show

We purchased the curved stand and banner and the results were FANTASTIC! We presented at a large trade show and people commented that our graphics and sign were the most professional and impressive looking sign at the show. The team was super responsive and was able to work with our less-than-perfect graphics when needed. The kit arrived on time and the show went smoothly! Thank you Best of Signs, you were the best! And we will use you in the future as well!

Communication

Hello, Communication via Chat was a challenge at times. 1 out of every 5 people knew more than others on what could be done. Many did not have access directly with designer.Thankfully I was in a 11 hout layover and was able to speak with a designer. This was the ONLY time I was allowed to actually speak with a human voice to voice. I could have saved myself hours and hours of communication with possibly 15 to 20 different Web Chat representatives. All of my product was on a serious deadline for the show. The pop-up signs were held in customs for a long time with no one via Chat able to help. I even tried the FedEx myself and they were closed. Thankfully I did recieve the 2 pop-up signs on time.The product looked great however, I do have 1 issue with the Hanging Sign. It looks great, but I do not recall where I could select the HEIGHT. I would have liked to received a 4 foot height, instead it was much smaller and it does not stand out like my other hanging signs I have from others with the increased Height (This is more prominent). I suggest you have the selection of Height for the Hanging sign.Otherwise all looked nice and made it on time.

Pop up stand and Backdrop not the best

The pop up frame locking mechanism is cheap - the Velcro is a terrible way to hold the backdrop - I wish I knew it was Velcro - I wouldn’t have ordered it.

This was my first time purchase, and I was a bit unsure about things. Best of Signs answered all my questions and did multiple levels of proofs for me until I was happy with what I was getting. The product turned out great. Easy to put together, durable, and professional looking.

Still not here, pointless now

Items are over 2 weeks late, still haven't arrived. Event already over. Money wasted. Have spent thousands of dollars with this company, have never been so disappointed.
