The product itself turned out
The product itself turned out great. It shipped quickly. The design process was not ideal and took offer a month to resolve. Mostly because of the time difference. I would call and have to wait on a call back. Then receive a call back at 9pm at night when I was not available for work. Everyone was nice and friendly, but it was also hard to understand customer service do to their thick accent.
