Our product was delivered in horrible condition. Our signage had wrinkles and air bubbles before installation and after. It looked terrible. When reaching out to customer service to address this issue, (after sending them pictures of the condition we received our purchase) they told me that it was because of how I installed the signage that caused the problem and then told me to refer to the signage installation video... again.. I thought it was very rude. After telling them I was disappointed with their customer service, they said I could buy the product again and they would offer me free shipping over $15.99 plus order...

Unfortunately there were a ton of bubbles that wouldnt quite straighen out. I guess it was due to the size of the decal.

USELESS
I even contacted customer service and no response yet. However I have received 2 emails already to review them. So here it is. The cut out frosted film arrived all wrinkled. I don't know if it is the material they used but glue it on "paper" makes it impossible to detach from that sticky paper. I hope I get my money back.
The graphic design team was excellent but the product a fiasco. Photos attached

Horrible product

The sticker was packed well but after three adults worked for 30 minutes to try to install it without a massive amount of bubbles and after removing the backing the sticker was garbage, some parts of the letters stayed on the backing sheet, had to throw it away. I emailed for resolution and no response to date.
