I misunderstood their template and their product didn't print the way I was thinking it would. They understood my mistake and reprinted / shipped new ones to me for FREE!
Was really impressed, quality customers service isn't something I see very much anymore.
As for the product: I ordered 2 table runners with stitched sides, quality was better than expected for the price (very reasonable), print quality was good.
Overall very happy customer!
Our banner looks great! It is the expected size and perfect for our needs.

I have recently ordered 2 banner signs. First, their prices are great. It is very affordable. And I appreciated that they carefully checked the qualities in the process, especially their proof process was very helpful. It is amazing service over all. I was hesitant to expect much due to the low price, but blown away by the quality and resolution on my 4x8 outdoor vinyl banners. Even arrived six days early.
I had bought a giant banner for my business about a week ago. Upon first seeing it, it looked great. We went to hang it up, and had it hung. Within 2 minutes, the grommet popped and tore the banner. I went to a local sign shop and had them put on new grommets. We went to hang it up and TWO of the grommets from this company popped off and ripped the sign even more. I've been trying to contact them about a refund. They responded once asking if the wind was bad and if I'd send them another picture. I've been waiting for about 4 - 5 days for another response, with multiple follow ups. Still nothing. Highly DON'T recommend. Bad quality, bad customer service.
