Small dent in frame and blemish on print

The order process was simple but we never received a proof. The day the package was scheduled to arrive per the order confirmation I contacted support to find out where the package was. The rep was helpful in determining that the package would not arrive that day but within three days. The package arrived the next day. The outside of the three packages were intact but upon opening the packages one of the frames had a small dent and there was a small blemish on one of the printed signs. Otherwise the quality of the product is good.

Expectations exceeded

The only issue was the A Frame had a small dent. Probably from shipping but not worth the hassle to try and get it fixed or replaced prior to my event. The quality exceeded my expectations and they nailed the color with the Pantone and my logo. I was extremely impressed that they worked on Sunday to get the proofs to me for review. It was ordered on Sunday, shipped from across the country and delivered in 4 days.
