The team and their support did great. One of the numbers was broken. I let the support team know and they promptly replaced it.
First, the letters are fine. But second, the ordering process was horrific. I’m not a new customer and use you guys quite often. I instructed the team to make sure the template had markings that aligned with the stud placement on the letters. I HAVE DONE THIS MULTIPLE TIMES. They put my order on hold insisting they do not do markings on the template anymore. I showed them my emails with your escalation team in the past ensuring me you do provide markings. The team still insisted they did not provide markings. Then randomly, my order moves into production, is shipped, is late, and the template HAS MARKINGS on all the letters but DOES NOT HAVE MARKINGS on one of the letters. This is very frustrating because my customer (a) didn’t even know if you guys were going to be able to provide the lettering (b) handled the process poorly so the letters were late and (c) provided a template that was incomplete. This particular order was a very bad experience and very frustrating.
Nice acrylic letters for our church. We ordered hunter green letters, but we received medium green letters instead. If letters where right color we would have been completely satisfied.
Ordered a single acrylic letter for my wall and the navy color was off. They would not let me return it. Don’t recommend this website
The letter k broke as I unboxed it. Cracked in half. Very fragile.
Loved the letters ordered! But we received some broken letters due to damage on the Fed Ex box. I called Best of Signs, was given direction to upload the pictures, the new letters were received the next week. Communication couldn't have been better and they were super to work with!!!
The purchase came on time and well packaged. I would have ordered thicker letters but that is an ordering error on my part. Would love to see a mockup if possible next time. But the letters are great and we are getting lots of compliments.

This was not my first order, but it will be my last. The adhesive on the decal would not adhere to any surface. They ashes the pictures. I even sent a video, and they still tried to find some reason not to correct their issue. The previous order there was a small part of the logo that was missing. Didn’t complain, but definitely about 1000 places out there better than this place.
