One of the 10 car flags was broken at the window. Holder spot right out of the box
The hand flags I ordered arrived quickly, but they were completely wrinkled because rubber bands were wrapped around them and caused folds in the fabric. Since the material is synthetic, the wrinkles don't come out easily.
The print on the fabric was also more blurred than last year :( and parts of the image were cut off even though the proof looked good. We will probably not return for a third year.
