I am not happy with
I am not happy with the quality of the hardware and would like to return it if possible. The poles were very difficult to fit in the holes in the base and the metal bends easily. Just not the quality I expected.

A joke...
If I could give zero stars I would, because I couldn't be less satisfied with this purchase. First, I only received a stand. The actual green screen that I had to buy separately is super narrow, so I don't know what type of video shooting is supposed to be done with it. And, overall, this is a pretty flimsy product.

product good; directions for set-up not so good
I liked the product but struggled with understanding the directions, so consequently I messed up and it took awhile to figure out how to fix what I had done. Please redo your directions to make it easier to understand.

Not wide enough
This is not wide enough for a Mac computer if you are sitting at a desk and have it behind you. It is useless.

Fantastic Product
Received my Greenscreen and Stand today, delivered a week ahead of time. This equipment is fantastic, mobile, quick to assemble and disassemble. Can't wait to put it into production.

Not a roll up screen
My screen did not roll up. It was so hard to connect the pieces together that it snapped out of my hand , ripped the corner of the screen (not very durable ) and went inside the base.

Worst possible Company do not do business with them
This company s the worst. Their product does not work and then they wont let you return it . I am an attorney and will sue to het my money back.

Impossible to set up, terrible customer service
No matter how I tried, getting the retractable screen up an attached at the top was a task that I cloudless not pull off, it was just too tricky. When I called to return I learned that there are no returns for any reason.

Roll Up Green Screen
We could not figure out how to make it work. Struggled with it for over an hour. Called customer service to send it back. They don’t take returns. Very annoyed. Wasted over $60. Won’t order anything again from this company. Will let PayPal know I am very dissatisfied with this product.

Will not accept return
The green screen I ordered will not work in my office set-up. I’ve asked three times for return shipping instructions and have been told that there is no return policy unless the screen is damaged. They will give me a store credit if I pay to have it shipped back. I have no reason to shop at this store in the future so I am basically stuck with a screen that I can’t use.
