I paid for Express Shipping to receive it by Thursday at latest Friday. I didn't receive it until MONDAY. They did refund my express shipping cost and overnighted the product. But I cannot get back the opportunity that an event that was held to advertise to over 100 people.

I ordered one sandwich board
I ordered one sandwich board and three different panels. They were shipped in 2 packages. I received only 8 Velcro pieces in total, being 4 per panel. The 3rd panel upon arrival was missing the Velcro. I believe there should be 6 Velcro pieces (not 4 pieces) per panel, to reduce the risk of panels blown away by wind. The words on my panels were also smaller in scale/size compared to I had written. I wish the words were larger and to scale, as that is what passer-by would be reading. Shipping was fast, which I appreciate. Thank you.

Worst experience ever.
Would give zero stars. Our signs were even printed by delivery date. Our signs missed our event, that they were specifically ordered for. I contacted support the day after they were supposed to be delivered and was informed they were not printed and they would be delivered after the event. The only reason we went with them was because they said they were high quality and would be delivered on time. But the signs were not even printed on the delivery date. Support was no help. Will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 sandwich boards
I ordered 2 sandwich boards along with printed panels. It was not clear how many panels came with the order. So I ended up buying 4 sets when I only needed 2 sets (4 panels)That said, the panels were colorful and what we ordered. Unfortunately we did not receive any way to affix the panels to the boards. When I called trying to resolve the situation I was put on hold multiple times and had to hold for over 15 minutes each time. If I could review just customer service I would give them a zero. I will not do business with Best Signs again. The product and design was what I ordered, the customer service left far too much to be desired. P.s. the fix to my problem was for me to go out and buy Velcro strips. What a shame this could not be conveyed!!! It was an easy fix to something that cost my agency over $400 (for the sandwich boards and sign panels). My attempts to reach a resolution with customer service included phone, email and website chat.

Received late and completely wrong item just.
I ordered the White no Artwork plain stand up by itself sandwich board. As a result, after I came back from vacation, I found out at work that at 1-st: it came late after the date that I need it; and 2-nd - instead of the sandwich board I received just a plain poster board! I attached 2 pics. 1-st one or is what I received ****_****026.jpg file. And 2-nd: is one with I ordered: *******_**1444.jpg file. And it happens after I spoke with help desk and specified which item do I need. I would like to do the return/refund for the iitem. Thank you thegar
