We have ordered a pop up banner (hardware and banner) few months ago and the colors and everything looked great. Few months later, we ordered another pop up banner (hardware and banner), the main color orange which was used in the previous order is also used for this new one we ordered. But the color came out different than the first one. It is more red. So now these 2 banners don't match at all. And I have sent an email to customer service but it has been a month and still no reply.

I think the way you structure your content is not doing the customer any favor, you're not making it easy for customers to order from your store and I am massively disappointed with my order.

I loved every item I received! The quality of everything was the absolute best! The only thing I wished would I would have received is a cover for the backdrop canvas.
