The graphics were great. We put the banners together as a trial run and when we put them together the second time they were bending and we do not think we can use the frames again.
Customer service was fine in the end, but was challenging to use the website to upload photos.
Looks great, just what we needed. Due to a supply chain issue it was running late, but we called BestofSigns and were able to find a solution to overcome it and had it just in time.

I placed an order for a Skytube Circle Hanging Banner and it arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date Everything from placing the order, proofing the file, to receiving the banner. The banner is beautiful. I also chatted and called and talked to customer service. They answered all my questions and were very helpful.

We ordered the product and promised day was June 7th. We didn't receive the product yet and end up canceling.
After sale experience was not good at all. getting answers on any simple question would take days.. unless you have a huge amount time, I would not recommend getting service from them. this company is overseas and the product may easily can get lost.. especially if you have a tradeshow like us and relaying on them.
I bought two expensive hanging banners one month before needing and paid super high express shipping to get it in less than 2 weeks. I just received ONE and after several calls to customer service nobody help me its seems like fedex lost it, but I didn’t receive any response or replacement to get me 2nd banner on time because nobody paid me attention on time. Now I have to use an horrible banner and get a refund so you guys need to hear and help your customers when we’re in trouble.
