I thought the quality was
I thought the quality was not on par to what I was expecting. They were not 100% plated especially around the welded areas.

Great product! Areas to improve on!
I want to say that I was really pleased with the final product, the quality of the letters the finish was amazing. They arrived several weeks later than promised. The service people had no clue of technical details (I asked the thread size of the fasteners and template so I could prepare the wall) the threads are 10-24 BTW. Chromium is a small shop in New Hope, PA. These letters are part of our space age branding with a complicated install on a 3D wall! Great product…..please try to improve service.
