Everything was just as imagined it
My first sign arrived and the frame was bent, there was a piece of the sign at the top that would not retract and there was a tear and crinkles in the banner. Sam responded to my complaint immediately and sent me another banner. I appreciate the great customer service and quick response. Will definitely order again.

We recently ordered a presentation stand and a table runner for our beauty salon. We were in the rush, it was a last minute thing and this company saved us! I ordered a couple of banners for work and we were unsure of what to expect since we had not used this website before. The custom design tool was great and fit our needs. Our banner included an image of our own and we got a response after submitting that it wasn't high-quality enough and that they were going to redesign it to make it print well. I was a little nervous at that point, but we got the banners and they look excellent. They're bright and contrasted with vivid colors. That they put the extra effort in to improve the design without any extra charge was really great customer service. Multiple other teams have requested to know where I got the banners so that they can make some for themselves too.

Love the quality and turn around time when we work with Best of Signs. I had many issues with my graphics having a low resolution. The art department helped me enormously and the banner turned out great!!! I didn't see that the banner is a fabric one, not a tough plastic one. It turned out just fine. The stand is very easy to assemble for one person with a weight to help. Great job!!!!
