The item never arrived. It was routed from India, to Italy, to the UAE, and finally in the USA, where it was ordered from, but did not reach in time so was of no use. Customer Support was unresponsive.

No Customer Service
We have ordered a pop up banner (hardware and banner) few months ago and the colors and everything looked great. Few months later, we ordered another pop up banner (hardware and banner), the main color orange which was used in the previous order is also used for this new one we ordered. But the color came out different than the first one. It is more red. So now these 2 banners don't match at all. And I have sent an email to customer service but it has been a month and still no reply.

The Best Banner and Company to produce it!!
Very Happy with this company! Can't recommend highly enough. Fast, friendly art department, super-fast processing and fabulous end result. Took 5 minutes to put it together and 2mins to take it down, paid a very reasonable price for it too.

Goods shipped from INDIA(!) and did not arrive on time.
Product arrived from INDIA late and was too late for my trade show (disaster). Job one is get the stuff to the client on time and that's tough when it's coming from halfway around the world. NOWHERE does it say that products are manufactured and shipped from INDIA on the website!!!

LOOKS GREAT! Delivery was efficient.
The box was tore up by the delivery company but the expandable and the graphics were great. It'll make a nice addition to our presentations.

Banner is exceptional quality and easy to assemble.
The design and proof process felt a bit clunky with the back and forth but the team was very responsive and helpful to ensure my design turned out to my expectations. Upon arrival, the pop-up banner is in a very nice carrying case, the expandable stand is super easy to assemble and disassemble even with just one person and the banner material is super durable, clearly printed and didn't wrinkle. Also, shipping was very expedient. I'm very impressed!

Customer service was great. The image we originally wanted was too grainy, so we approved a different image, unfortunately the grainy image was the one printed. It looks okay and we got it in time for the Home Show, so we are happy with our purchase.
