Hello, Vincent. We are sorry to hear that the canopy&#x27;s hardware has not yet arrived and won&#x27;t be available for use at your event. According to our records, the order was shipped out ahead of schedule and according to the carrier&#x27;s typical transit time to guarantee that it would arrive at its destination before the delivery date. Unfortunately, the second of your two shipments was delayed by customs clearance, which is out of our control, while the first one had already been delivered. 

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for you to not receive an item for such an important event. We have contacted you via the email address listed on your order, and we have provided you with the most workable option we could think of. We would appreciate it if you could respond and let us know how to proceed.

Ordered a 3K+ custom made tent for a very important event. Tent was to be a focal point and haven for guests. Delivery was to be on a week ahead of the event. Canopy arrived as guaranteed, but the frame of the tent was being shipped from India?? Needless to say, the frame has NEVER come, and today is the second day of our three day event. Canopy is still in box as we cannot use it. Tracking now says unavailable. : ( TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL BE RETURNING UNUSABLE CANOPY.
