Banner was folded/bent again
We had this problem in our previous order and it happened again. The banner package arrived bent in half so when we opened it there was a crease in the banner. It wasn't as bad as the previous one but your packaging isn't keeping the banner straight.

Excellent quality, minor hanging tip
I ordered this for our company launch and the result was impressive vivid colors, clean logo repetition, and sturdy fabric that held up through multiple shoots. My only note: make sure the top pole pockets are aligned carefully, as one side sagged slightly until we tightened the stand. Great product overall.
