Customer support was a grate help.
The structure felt secure and looked polished. If you need the entire package please select the graphics and harware combo. When I place and order it was for print only, when I called Customer service for design query, they suggested for the frame and it worked out well.

Speedy Arrival, Great Quality, Unfortunate Smudge
The turn-around time for Best of Signs was absolutely amazing. The ease of putting up this backdrop in 10 minutes was a dream. Unfortunately our sign did come with some smudges. I reached out to the company, and they advised on ways to clean it. I am not in love with this response since the sign came to us that way, and it was not something of our doing. We have not been able to clean it yet, so unsure if their advice will work.

Great Company and GREAT Service.
This is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not kidding. They answered my questions and actually revised a banner that Made quite a bit of work to finish properly. Their customer service is off the chart wonderful wonderful company.

Incompetence at its finest!
I never got an email to approve my proof and the day it was supposed to be delivered I called up to try to get a tracking order and I had to deal with a call center I n India who couldn’t help me. Then I was charged $40 to expedite my order and they sent the wrong step and repeat. I spent another 4 hrs dealing witty it on the problem. They had to resend it and it barely got to me on time for my event. The customer service is horrible, the product came out nice but all the issues dealing with this company makes me want earn everyone stay away.
