There's no need to include bleeds in the proof, unless it is a part of the graphic. All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the banner's grommets. Acceptable formats include:
Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. If submitting these files please follow these guidelines.
Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your banner's size
All reprints must duplicate what was originally printed.
Bestofsigns does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing you to choose as many photos or graphics as you want on your displays.
We cannot print on both sides of one vinyl banner, but our two-sided banners are made with two banners attached together. This prevents either print from showing through the material while providing twice the durability.
Bestofsign always measures width by height (W x H). When you select a size on the website, width is always the first dimension, not height. Make sure it matches with your file size.
Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and no changes can be made.

Our design team will work with you until we create a banner that satisfies you. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24 hours.
Printers at Bestofsign are calibrated to print colors accurately to match the order, but in cases that they do not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment compared to yours. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. However, we recommend you to provide Pantone + Color Bridge Coated for the best match. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.
For certain file types like PDF, DOC, DOCX, EPS, CDR, AI, PSD, TIF, TIFF, PPT, BMP, SVG, our system is not able to generate an instant proof for review but we have your file and our pre-press department will review your file for size and quality (resolution) before sending it to the production. They will contact you if the file is not good for printing. If a proof is requested, you will receive an email proof (even if the file is good) within 24 hours and we will only process the order after you review and approve the proof.
We use 300 dpi to 1000 dpi resolution.
We employ cutting-edge printing and finishing gear. We have dye-sublimation, direct-to-fabric, solvent, Eco-solvent, and HP-Latex printers. The maximum resolution of our solvent and eco-solvent printers is 320 dpi, whereas that of our UV printers is 1000 dpi. Direct-to-fabric printing and dye-sublimation transfer technology are used to print all of our fabric goods. We provide solvent and UV printing for our banners and decals.
We stand by our “commitment towards quality” with an industry-leading 180-day (six-month) warranty. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured, we've got you covered under certain terms.
In the event of specific issues related to your order involving, primarily but not limited to Received Damaged Product/Transit Damage/Product Missing, upon delivery, customers should report these discrepancies within hours of receiving their order. Failure to do so within this timeframe will render the product ineligible for our warranty.
For other issues, such as product failures or ink problems due to manufacturing defects within this 180-day period, Best of Signs will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a credit equal to the value of the defective product.
Please note: Best of Signs reserves the right to investigate claims to determine eligibility under its guarantee. It will then decide between a refund or replacement based on the customer's preference.

As one of the largest wholesale printers in the industry, we can order the materials and supplies directly from the manufacturers. Bestofsign also manages orders within and outside of the United States, which lowers our overall cost of shipping and design. Since we are saving money from these high-quality products, we believe the savings should be passed along to you.
If our shipping carrier loses your order, we will open an investigation on that package and issue a reprint with priority shipping. This can take about 3–4 days.

What is Best of Signs's Warranty?
Best of Signs offers a comprehensive 180-day (6 months) warranty, covering product failures or ink problems due to manufacturing defects within this period. For other issues such as transit damage, shipping errors, or quality defects, please report them within 3 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a warranty claim, log into 'My Account,' navigate to 'Help and Support,' select the appropriate reason, and provide a detailed description along with clear images. Our team will review your request within 12 hours. If the claim is eligible, we will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a credit equal to its value.
Please note, Best of Signs reserves the right to investigate claims to ensure they meet warranty criteria.
All of our banners include grommets every three to four feet, per industry standards. If your banner needs to have grommets placed at specific points, please explain in the 'special instructions' box. Also, if grommets are needed, you will have to select them from the dropdown.
Our vinyl banners do not come with wind slits, but this option can be arranged for an additional charge. We also have a collection of mesh banners, which are made with loosely woven vinyl that can withstand heavy winds.
Yes our Vinyl Banners are waterproof and weather proof. Generally our Banners last three to five years
Utilizing flexible bungee cords will ensure that the banner will hang in the proper areas. We recommend taking the signage down if the area experiences heavy winds

All of the shipping calculations are done based on the product you will order from us. On the cart page, you will see the exact amount for shipping.
Once we get the approval for the artwork, our team will take 12-24 hours to work on the banner. From there, it depends on the type of shipping, which could range between three to nine business days.
We will accept the payment over the phone if you are not comfortable entering credit card info on site. We do recommend all orders be placed on the site so you will have access to step by step progress.

Yes, please input the custom dimensions in the instant price space. For example, if you are looking for a 4.5 foot by 10 foot banner, input that measurement in the space where it says "instant price."
Repeat these exact dimensions in the "special directions" space to make sure that the design and printing teams are aware of the size of the custom banner.
if orders are returned to our facility we will make every attempt to contact the customer to reship the order. If we cannot make contact with the customer we will be forced to toss the order after 30 days of receiving the returned order.

However, we have production facilities inside and outside of the country. It cannot guarantee where the production will happen for each product and order. Your order may be manufactured in the United States or abroad.

BannerBuzz guarantees that the order will be delivered safely and without any issues. However, sometimes the order may be damaged in transit. In which case you can take the product images along with the shipping box images, clearly showing the damage and the package label. Upon reviewing the images, we will offer a refund, reshipment, or store credit.
Different materials mean that we can't always fit many products from the same order into the same package. There is a possibility that the product will arrive in many containers. If you have any questions or need assistance locating your additional package(s), please get in touch with our customer service team.

If you are tax exempt first order you need to palace with us and contact our customer support team with the tax exempt forms. Once its finalize we will provide you the refund for the tax and next time you will be exempt from the tax.
