This was perfect for our outdoor sign. They cleaned up the logo and I couldn’t have asked for better. I will 100% be ordering from here in the future and highly recommend them!
The quality of the prints was so horrible we threw it away
They send us a proof and I told the agent that the logo was pixelated and he told me no to worry about it, that it would come out fine. When we received it, the quality was so bad, we couldn’t use it
BofS did a great job of proofing the work and getting me what I wanted. The large vinyl letters were great and came early which shows great customer service. We had some small vinyl stickers that were supposed to have a white background, but they all had a purple-ish hue. Not a big deal for this project, but could have been a problem in the long run. I am still waiting for the bumper stickers I ordered that should have been here last week.
The finished product was great for a relatively good price but the process of getting the finished product was very annoying. Way too many emails. I answered the first one that I'm fine with the resolution yet it still took at least a half dozen emails and therefore extra time to get what I ordered. The moral is don't use them if you need something fast but otherwise the quality of the product is good.
They would not credit me even half my order when I paid for expedited shipping to have our product arrive for our store grand opening, instead it arrived 3 days later.
This was my second purchase. The first order was great and that’s why I ordered the second time. The quality was awful. I have used same color palette, same software but somehow one of two diesigns coloring and overall quality was completely different.
I opened the box last Saturday and, when I was checking it , it was damaged and I can send you the picture.

I had transparent decals on my order. While the process was smooth at first, the final product was disappointing. I had submitted a PDF file with the image on a transparent background, which included white elements that were essential to the design. When I was asked to review and approve the artwork, I noticed that you placed the image on a white background for clarity. I said this wasn’t needed, as I wanted the background to remain transparent. You assured me the background would be transparent as requested. However, when the decals arrived, you had removed the white areas from the image entirely, which ruined the design.
Unfortunately, this miscommunication and error led to a product that didn’t meet my expectations. I would have appreciated more attention to detail and clearer communication throughout the process.
