Took over 3 weeks to obtain my floor decal. Sent several emails to check on the status. Spoke with Aupervisor, she assured me they would sent a proof within 5 hours never received. Automated email generated indicating my order was complete and closed out. Very frustrating and inconsiderate. Would never used their services again. Informed them I would contact the better business bureau because they withdrew funds from my account and never sent proof. Too much back and forth spent hours on the phone to resolve.
My order arrived ahead of schedule and is absolutely perfect. It was packaged nicely and protected well and I am very pleased with this company.
