I’m sure the quality and the length is good and great but unfortunately after placing the order around two - three weeks ago, I haven’t yet recieved my table runner so i can’t give the best review since i also paid for quicker shipping than standard. Hope to recieve it soon though!!
I give the product 5 stars. But the customer service lacked. When I first called and described what I wanted (printing of the logo at both ends of a banner) I was told they could not do it. Even though I was recommended to Best of Signs by someone who had that exact thing done there. The rep even said they checked with their design department and confirmed it couldn't be done. So, I had to order a different way. When I got the proof for approval, there were no dimensions shown on the proof. The dimensions were provided in writing, but that does not verify they are correct on the proof. I asked for a minor change and to have the dimensions on the actual proof for verification. I was told they would do that. But when I got the proof, there were no dimensions on this proof either. I had to approve it hoping the dimensions on the proof were as stated. Also, while talking to the second customer service representative, I mentioned that I had originally wanted the banner printed on both ends. That person told me that yes, they can do that. In fact, he checked with the design department and was told it could be done, even though the first rep said he checked with the design department and was told it could NOT be done. Thus, the 3 star review.
