Excellent product and service
Great experience. I had a tight timeline and they worked over the weekend to get it done. My only issue was the lack of communication to let me know my artwork was ok. Since I was on a tight schedule, having the confirmation would have been great.

Inept company that holds your money ransom
I chose to have my roll up banner stand banners printed here because of the low prices and option for priority shipping. Best Of Signs made mistakes at literally every step of the process, and each attempt to correct the previous error just created a new mistake to address. Unrequested changes to the design, errors in the banner size, etc. It was half comedic, if not for the fact that I was working on a tight deadline and these mistakes pushed the delivery date repeatedly.
Ultimately, I ordered 4 banners for rush shipping and only 3 arrived. When I asked BOS about the 4th they insisted that it had been shipped to me, and asked for photo "proof" that it didn't arrive. I sent them 3 photos of the 3 I did receive... because how would you provide photo proof of an item that didn't show up... and still they refused to refund me even though the 4th one would not arrive on time even if they shipped it that day. They only offered store credit or to send the 4th. They wouldn't even refund the $100+ I paid for rush shipping so that I'd have everything on time. Interesting choice considering I didn't receive everything on time, even after they confirmed the delivery date.
I asked that the 4th be sent (even though it would miss the deadline) and they sent the banner without the hardware that I paid for it to come with. I would have rather had the refund I repeatedly ask for and still feel I am owed for all the hassle and headache.
This company is incompetent, disorganized, and a total scam. They get 2 stars as opposed to 1 because I did at some point receive everything I ordered. But the journey to getting there was totally unacceptable and I will never order from here again. I hope this company gets shut down for their poor customer service and predatory refund policies.

Great product and a pretty good price and great quality just not happy with being able to keep it upright.
Sign it self was Fantastic, The outcome was really nice. Quality is good. So with that said I have a really cool sign but my impression with the stability is not real good. I had it made for car shows to list all the things I have done to my Corvette, but not happy with trying to keep it upright in even the smallest breeze. I am going to try to maybe put some kind of base on it and add sandbags or something because weights did not do very well. Great product and a pretty good price and great quality just not happy with being able to keep it upright.

Horrible experience. Could not get
Horrible experience. Could not get help to replace print for the stand purchased. People I spoke with could not understand my questions. They promised to call back a few times but didn't. I paid for express priority shipping but didn't receive till 5 days after it was shipped and they would not do anything about it. Found out it was shipping from India although website address is state of Delaware and Georgia. I will not use them again.

I ordered rush delivery which promised to have it delivered by the July 7th or 8th. It did not arrive until this morning, after I left for my conference. The purchase was all for nothing as I don't have it.

Terrible product/customer service
Want to purchase at 6.75 by 2.75 foot retractable banner for press conferences. We’ve had these types of banners before with no issues. This latest purchase has been a nightmare. The retractable banner is under so much tension that it wants to pull from your grip as you try to attach it to the extension post. The connection point where the banner connects to the post is awkward, especially with ours which is nearly 7-feet tall. Put the tension issue and the connection point issues together is a recipe for disaster. The first time we put it together the sign snapped off the connection point and retracted like a bullet back into the stand housing. The banner was damaged as it hit the side of stand housing as it retracted. Quite simply a terrible design. Customer service was no help. Said I could purchase another banner. I already have two. Best of Sign does not stand behind the quality of their products. Don’t be fooled by the discounted prices they offer. In the end you get what you pay for.

Just ordered a deluxe roll
Just ordered a deluxe roll up banner for my author business, and it arrived three days early (well in time for my event). The ease of setup and quality are great, and the colors look true to exactly what I provided in my PDF print.
Also snagged some custom vinyl truck lettering for fun decals for the back of our camper. Can't wait to get those on!
This is my second order with Best of Signs, and each time they've been professional, high quality, and fast.
