Poor communication, don't follow instructions, long wait times for proof
They sometimes take a week or two, to submit a proof. When they do, it's usually wrong. They cant seem to follow instructions. Then we go back and forth until it's right.

Terrible quality, customer service won't refund!
These magnets were unusable. They looked like they were printed by a home printer and manually cut out with scissors. Also, the package arrived punctured. Customer service refused to refund my money, they wanted to give me store credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST OF SIGNS!!!

Not the best
The quality is ok but they cut off part of my design. The photos are average. I paid for these professional photos and there very pixalated. Not happy with the reduction in my design. Everyone comments on it. :(

Good and Fast
They were able to print the design in the different colors like i asked for I also asked that they cut the magnet into a round circle to fit on my 360 booth. The cut was smaller this time than the previous time. and looks more like a sticker. I think that it's a tricky thing to get right. Happy to have it come quickly and will be using the ones i have for the upcoming year. Good purchase.

Finally delivery great; customer service needs work
The final product ended up great, but after I placed my order it took more than week for my order to process and get approval. I reached out to customer service twice and didn't get great responses. When I finally complained and threatened to cancel my order, things finally moved forward. Things get backed up or you're short staffed—totally understand. But you need to communicate that to customers so we know what to expect.

Wrong product sizes and poor customer support
I ordered die cut magnets from this company and received sizes that were not correct at all from what i requested. I tried reaching out to customer service, they said that it was no a problem on their end because the proofs, in a very unclear manner, demonstrated the end size of each magnet. This was completely misleading and unclear. They refused to send replacement die cut magnets because of this. Other product purchases i've made have been ok, but this was rather frustrating

Size was Off
