Great Experience
Thank you for everything, from the attention to detail when placing my orders and the willingness to provide solutions, to the fast delivery and the quality of the products themselves—everything has been great. The only downside is the condition in which the boxes arrive, often damaged. However, I assume that's the courier's responsibility and not yours.

Great Product!
The popup table was great. It turned out as good if not better than I could have hoped. The only reason I don't have a 5 star rating is I did not realize this company is not based in the US. The shipment arrived a week late and almost missed the trade show. My shipment came from India. Please do yourself a favor and give yourself a week or two cushion to receive these so you don't put yourself through the stress I had waiting on these to arrive!

Still Awaiting part of my order a week late
I placed my order for a specific event. The turnaround time, I thought, was great. Until the day of the event came and only part of my order had arrived. It's now a week later and still missing it.

It was very cheaply made and came missing screws. But it served it purpose and looked good in the pictures.

Arrived Damaged
The packaging was flimsy and the box arrived looking pretty beat up. The corners of the counter top are broken. Customer service is no help as they require a 48 hour notice of any damage. I was out of the office, so I saw the package after the 48 hour time frame. They are offering 15% off of my future purchases as compensation. I should have shopped locally with a vendor that takes care of its customers.

Plastic, NOT FABRIC, FRAYED EDGES, STAY AWAY
Cheesy lightweight plastic with unfinished edges fraying on all sides. Although the photos are well displayed as per my uploaded design, quality of this Banner remains to be seen. You CANNOT FOLD due to severe creases. Not under any circumstances do I recommend this, unless you are going to throw it away.

Nice
Sign came as I designed it. The fabric is a little prone to creasing and there is no finish around the edge which I will have to do something about, otherwise I worry it will tear. But color reproduction, crispness of image is great.
