I ordered two different window clings in two separate orders. By their own product images, a full-white ink window cling is opaque, and the no-white ink is somewhat translucent. Then the partial-white ink makes the white opaque and leaves everything else translucent.
I originally tried to order the partial-white but when I got the proofs back, they had without clarification switched the setting to full-white. I then had to message and explain, no, I wanted a translucent image. After several emails back and forth I settled on and clarified to two separate people that I wanted a no-white ink window cling as the most important thing was the translucent affect. In the end, I ordered both as a test for a possible product and wanted to see what looked best because maybe the full-white would look better in the end.
I recieved my two orders and they both look entirely the same with absolutely no difference with both being entirely opaque. So either their product images are not reasonably showing what the difference is enough for a customer to reasonably discern what they are ordering, or they just sent me the same full-white cling twice.
The print quality itself isn't good quality. You can clearly see lines in the black ink from the printer and though I can shrug it off for a personal piece, I could not sell my products with that quality of print.

It does take a little finesse to apply these window clings but the graphics are great and it is a perfect window shade/advertisement
