Fast service. Very good quality and exactly what I ordered. Quick, AI-sounding but thorough response from customer service on an issue that turned out to be my mistake, not theirs. Competitive price. I'm knocking off a star for 2 reasons: First, there is a gentle wrinkling, likely due to rolling and unrolling the banner for shipping, which after a week still isn't completely gone. I suspect this would be an issue from any printer when ordering their lowest weight material; it was just unexpected. Second, I expected a matte finish. Perhaps it was the second option I was considering at that was Matte. Either way, the gloss of the printing reflects my ring lights. the combination of the wavy surface and gloss finish makes proper lighting for shooting videos a real challenge.

Excellent service and beautiful print

Ordered my first custom-printed banner, and it turned out beautifully. I adjusted the image resolution from a computer screen size with 300dpi to 7x6 feet with 300dpi, expecting potential pixelation for this large print. Surprisingly, it retained excellent detail, and the colors are vibrant. The price is significantly lower compared to the local print shop, which quoted three times as much. Although I paid extra for fast shipping, it arrived about 2 days later than the estimated time. Nonetheless, I'm very satisfied with the service and will definitely use Best of Signs again for my future projects.

Banner looks great, colors are awesome, but the smell...

Everything about it is exactly what I wanted, but the harsh smell of plastic, ink, and whatever else they use is super strong. Even leaving it outside for a few days to air out it still smells horrible.

Terrible shipping!

Was promised delivery by April 21st fedex says they won’t deliver u til after the event the items were ordered for. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Still haven’t received the items

Amazing service

By far the best print shop I have used. I have a table runner and now a banner by them! Amazing quality prints. The option of having a proof of your project done at no additional cost is also an amazing feture. I had accidentally selected my banner as 4'Hx2'L and because of having the proof done I was able to get it changed to 2'Hx4'L and proofed again before being shipped.. also can't beat the price! Vista print charges an arm and leg for their products and best of signs is way better in quality and on your wallet. I 100% recommend them!!! Can't wait to display my banner at my next expo!!!

Not Received

I truly cannot write a review of this banner because I have not received it yet. It was promised to be delivered to me on or before Wednesday, April 21, 2021. It was for an event that took place on Sunday, April 25, 2021. I reviewed the banner before it was shipped out and it looked beautiful. Best of Signs are supposed to refund me the shipping cost, but not the coast of the banner because it was a custom made banner. I have used your company several times with no problems at all. Banners are usually to me even before the promised date. I am hoping this is just a one time happening because I like the quality of your products. Myself and another member of my church uses your company and both love the quality and efficiency. Thank you.
