The process of production is
The process of production is way too long. The banner does not match or properly fit the stand. Customer service was not clearly informed of the order.

Incorrect color
Unfortunately the color requested and the color received are quite different and the fabric is quite shiny as well

Poor Quality Backdrop and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two backdrops with the color #606060, which is a completely neutral gray, no color at all. The backdrops I received had vertical lines running through them, which show up in photos even when the background is out of focus, and the color is a cool blue/purplish gray, not neutral gray like I ordered. I reached out to customer support and provided several example photos taken in my studio. They replied telling me that the color of light could influence the color of the backdrop and that I need to send them photos and video of the backdrop outdoors under natural light. I've been a commercial photographer for 13 years and I understand color temperature and lighting, and my studio lights are daylight balanced at 5600K and the white balance on my camera was calibrated off neutral gray as it should be, but I followed their instructions and took the time to take a photo of the backdrop folded on the floor outside in natural light, and I even held a color checker card next to it to compare the backdrop to a true neutral gray, and it's obvious in the photos that the backdrop looks more blue than the neutral gray card held next to it, but just to be completely clear, I also provided screenshots comparing the RGB measurements for the backdrop and the color checker card side by side showing card is completely neutral gray and the backdrop is reading too high on the blue channel. They replied asking me to send more photos and video of the backdrop assembled outdoors! This is where I'm done! It took me and one other person over 30 minutes to assemble the first backdrop indoors, and I already provided clear proof with the unassembled backdrop outdoors under natural light that it is still blue/gray. I see where they are going with this. They want to make it difficult for me to get a refund or replacement so I leave it be and they get away with my money and I have two unusable backdrops! The color aside, the vertical lines running through the fabric should have been enough to provide a replacement or refund. I had feeling the price was too good to be true. If you are a professional photographer who requires a quality backdrop and accuracy with color for your business, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOOLS.

Very Misleading Information. Would give 0 Stars if I could. 1000% WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN
I ordered a Photography Backdrop with the intention of using it for an upcoming event. I did my research on various companies and chose this one as I had an order fulfilled before and was satisfied with it. So I look at the photography backdrops here and see there is an option to "Add Graphic." Anyone who has ever ordered a custom anything knows that when you see "Add Graphic" that means that you can add a graphic or artwork to whatever it is. After clicking through everything, there was no option to add a graphic anywhere, but lots of other companies allow you to add one after purchasing, so I went through the process of ordering the backdrop. Mind you, the product description in my cart calls the item a "Photography Backdrop - Graphic" so of course you would think you would still have the option to add a graphic after the fact. So, trusting this company since they have provided me good service before, I went ahead and purchased the backdrop. Now here is where things get sour. There was no option to add any graphic after I purchased it. Nowhere. So I hop on the chat, explain what's going on, and it takes a whole hour for the customer support to talk to me, understand the situation, and provide me an option to upload my artwork. Although I don't understand why it took that long, I thought everything would be fine and dandy since they never mentioned anything wrong and told me that the artwork had been properly submitted. So I wait until I finally got the backdrop today and it's completely blank! So I contacted customer support again only for them to tell me that they do not add graphics to the backdrops. IF THAT IS THE CASE, WHY EVEN PUT "ADD GRAPHIC" THERE TO MISLEAD PEOPLE? WHY DO YOU SAY "ADD GRAPHIC" INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING PICK COLOR? AND WHY WOULD YOU EVEN HAVE A YES OR NO ANSWER TO "ADD GRAPHIC"?!?!?!?!? YOU CAN'T EVEN ADD THIS TO YOUR CART IF YOU HIT NO ANYWAYS SO WHY ADD THE HORRIBLE AND CONFUSING UI DESIGN? Now before any other customer service rep says I didn't read the description or some random thing along those lines, let's take a look at the only line in the description that mentions COLOR or GRAPHIC: "The graphic material is made out of 200 GSM polyester fabric and is available in a different spectrum of colors. So, the selection of graphic fabric is feasible with our color picker" Like I said, anyone who has ever ordered something like this can 100% use their common sense and think "graphic material" would be what your graphic is printed on and "graphic Fabric color" would be the color of the fabric, so If you had a black logo, you could pick a white color graphic fabric and have black on white. That is common sense. I have aced all of my college English courses and scored high on my SAT in the past and have purchased this type of product from other companies and that is almost 100% percent what that description would mean. NO WHERE ELSE DOES IT SAY THAT THIS IS A SOLID COLOR BACKDROP. WHO WOULD EQUATE THE TERM GRAPHIC TO JUST MEAN A SOLID COLOR? WHY DO YOU NOT PUT DOWN THAT THIS IS A SOLID COLOR BACKDROP UNLESS YOU ARE PURPOSELY TRYING TO MISLEAD PEOPLE INTO BUYING YOUR PRODUCT? THIS REVIEW WAS WRITTEN ON MAY 23, 2022 AND I CAN AND WILL PRVOIDE ANY SCREENSHOTS OF THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IN THE CHANCE THAT THEIR CHANGE THIER PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AFTER THIS REVIEW TO TRY TO DISCREDIT ME. Let's take a look at another line of their description: "Create memories by clicking the best shots at a birthday party, wedding, anniversary celebration, graduation day, and many more celebrations with these durable backdrops" NOW WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD THINK, OH LET'S CREATE MEMORIES USING A SOLID COLOR BACKDROP EVEN THOUGH THERE IS AN OPTION THAT SAYS "ADD GRAPHIC" TO IT. IF YOU'RE PLANNING AN EVENT AND YOU SEE A LINE THAT SAYS ADD GRAPHIC FOR A PRODUCT, YOU CAN SURE AS HECK GUESS THAT "OH HEY, I CAN ADD A GRAPHIC TO THIS PRODUCT AND GET IT PRINTED OUT" AND HERE IS THE KICKER! THE FIRST PERSON I TALKED TO DIDN'T EVEN SAY THAT I COULDN'T PRINT A GRAPHIC ON THE BACKDROP. HE TOOK AN HOUR FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS, WASTED MY TIME, AND SPECIFICALLY SAID "WILL UPLOAD THIS IN YOUR ORDER." IF I'M NOT ALLOWED TO PRINT ANYTHING ON THIS, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN TELL ME THAT?!?!?!? WE COULD HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS WHOLE ISSUE, SEE IF I COULD'VE GOT A REFUND SINCE I CONTACTED THEM LITERALLY A FEW MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER AND I WOULD HAVE NOT WASTED TIME WITH THIS REVIEW. SO NOW I HAVE A RANDOM BLANK BACKDROP, OUT ALMOST $160 SINCE THEY ARE NOT OFFERING ME A REFUND, AND SCAMBLING TO FIND SOME PLACE THAT WILL ACTUALLY PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY STATE WITH NO HIDDEN OR MISLEADING INFORMATION BEFORE MY MAJOR EVENT THIS WEEKEND. SO TO SUM IT UP, THIS WAS A HIGHLY MISLEADING PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY HAD GAINED MY TRUST WITH MY FIRST PURCHASE BEFORE AND EASILY BROKE THAT TRUST IMMEDIATELY WITH MY SECOND ORDER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, NO BUSINESS OR INDIVIDUAL, SINCE I CAN'T TRUST ANY PRODUCT THEY HAVE ANYMORE. THEIR PRODUCT INFORMATION IS MISLEADING AND THEIR REVEIW SYSTEM IS MISLEADING SINCE THEY JUST COMBINE ALL THE REVIEWS OF ALL THEIR PRODUCTS TOGETHER, LIKE WHY WOULD I CARE WHAT SOMEONE THINKS ABOUT THEIR CANOPY WHEN I'M JUST TRYING TO BUY A PHOTOGRAPHY BACKDROP?!?!!? EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS MISLEADING, SO I'M JUST DONE WITH IT. THERE IS NO POINT IN TRYING TO BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WOULD BLANTANTLY BETRAY THEIR CLIENTS' TRUST. And for anyone who just thinks I'm being a Karen about this whole situation, I never write reviews about bad products. If something is bad, I usually just let it slip. So with this, now you know I'm really angered and frustrated if a company and their product is making me write a whole essay about them.

Never again!!!!!
I’m still expecting my money back. I was provided with the wrong size a significant difference after having multiple conversations with the design team to ensure I get the product I want. I will be disputing this with my credit card I do not get reimbursed.
