Fragile Frames
The graphics were great. We put the banners together as a trial run and when we put them together the second time they were bending and we do not think we can use the frames again. Customer service was fine in the end, but was challenging to use the website to upload photos.

I placed an order for a Skytube Circle Hanging Banner and it arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date Everything from placing the order, proofing the file, to receiving the banner. The banner is beautiful. I also chatted and called and talked to customer service. They answered all my questions and were very helpful.

BAD Customer Service!
I bought two expensive hanging banners one month before needing and paid super high express shipping to get it in less than 2 weeks. I just received ONE and after several calls to customer service nobody help me its seems like fedex lost it, but I didn’t receive any response or replacement to get me 2nd banner on time because nobody paid me attention on time. Now I have to use an horrible banner and get a refund so you guys need to hear and help your customers when we’re in trouble.
