I was most disappointed when
I was most disappointed when my sign arrived. It seems that I paid three quarters of the money for an advertisement for Liberty pest control. Website was quite confusing. When you are asked to review your design, it should show your design, lettering, colour etc. it does not. As this was a gift, I did not want liberty pest control showing and had to cut this off. Would not recommend.

Need better method for shipping the finished product!
I was very pleased with the process, however they need to develop a better way to ship the finished product as one of my entire designs out of 3 was completely unusable due to all the crinkles and creases in the design from the way it was packaged. So now instead of having the lettering on 3 sides of my vehicle, it is only on 2 sides leaving the rear (prime space for advertising while at a stop light) BLANK! The other decals were a challenge to put on due to the same issue with creases and crinkles throughout the decals, but with light use of a heat gun I was able to save them. The entire process took a lot longer to apply thanks to having to do all the extra work just to try to salvage the only 2 that I was able to. Cost was reasonable and once I approved the proof they arrived quickly.

Refund?
Hello, I am disappointed that I paid priority delivery to receive the banner by a particular date where I had an event to display it…. Unfortunately it still has not arrived. I cannot find a direct contact number or email address (that doesn’t bounce) to express my situation. Is there a way to organise the refund ? Vyvy

Frustrating service but the product quality was decent
I went back and forth with customer service for days trying to get the details worked out and there seemed to be just a lack of understanding. Then when the final product was cheaper than what I'd initially purchased they gave me store credit instead of a refund...they got free $ there because I won't be returning. Just too much hassle to place a simple decal order.

Vinyl decals
Though I didn't realize that this isn't isn't Canadian company, I was still pleased with the quality of the vinyl decals we received. I would highly recommend them if you have a few weeks to wait!

You may not get what you ordered!
I ordered several vinyl lettering words for my trailer. I was very specific in the font, colors and most critical was the measurements. All were ordered at 6” height to match when placed on my trailer. Banner buzz sent me various sizes for every word ordered ranging from 2” to 4.75” height. Not a single word was the 6” I ordered. Their only response was the “artwork” was 6” high and they are not responsible to replace my order with my specifications. Over $100 in lettering that’s completely useless!! Buyer beware if you risk ordering your business needs from them!

My experience sucked. Not impressed.
Not impressed. NONE of the vinyls I ordered were the sizes I asked for, NONE. The underline for my lettering was off 3/4” (19mm) from one side to the other and offset to the lettering. Some letters were taller than the others. The text were disproportionate to the logo because they were the wrong size. Some of the letters were pieced together and didn’t match up. The main vinyl’s logo was too big to fit in the allotted space because it was the wrong size. They looked so bad I ended up peeling them off. If they don’t attempt to make this right I won’t be doing business or recommending them to anyone either. I sincerely doubt they will make it right considering I can no longer access my account.

Missing letter on vinyl
We ordered lettering for a truck and it was missing a letter on the end. Trying to get a new one was a headache because of the helper on the phone.
