I ordered 2 Big Head Cutouts and was VERY impressed by the quick response in receiving the proofs for approval. In one of the images I wanted to include a graduation cap and they were responsive in redoing the draft of the image and I was very happy and approved. I paid extra for express shipping, as I was concerned with Memorial Day if the items would arrive on time. Five days after approving the proofs and two days before they were said to arrive I received an email that said the item I ordered was out of stock and did I still want to continue with my order. Thankfully I still had about 11 days before I absolutely needed the order for my event and it did end up shipping on the day it was schedule to arrive - and shipped from India. By the miracle of globalization, it traveled through Italy and then to Oakland CA where it arrived two days (again, this included Memorial Day weekend in the time frame) before the event and I absolutely loved the products. They are very high quality and didn't bend at all in the wind we tend to get in the afternoon. My daughter loved them and they made us and others smile. All of this to say, yes 5 stars b/c I should have ordered earlier - just make sure you do the same. This isn't really cardboard/foam board, it's much more durable and the print quality was great. I just placed a second order for a graduation happening June 2024, haha so I don't have to live on the edge like I did this year.
