I'm very happy with my Step and Repeat backdrop
I was really happy with my purchase. I hadn't heard of Banner Buzz and didn't know how legit they were, but other reviews online said they were the real deal, plus they had the backdrop I needed at a fair price and, most importantly, said they could get it to me in time. It arrived quickly and was good quality--the stand is easy to set up and very sturdy, and the backdrop itself is thick and durable. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Terrible turn around….still hasn’t arrived!
Still hasn’t arrived. Turn around time was terrible. Our event was on the weekend and I had to hire another backdrop.

One of the worst thing
One of the worst thing I have ever bought. Please don't throw your money in the drain. They promised me that it would be delivered 3 days ahead of my delivery date, yet they shipped the item from India to Canada. Item arrived 8 days after the event it was made for , even though I paid for their priority delivery. They refused to refund. Over $200 in the drain.

Product did not arrive in time and therefore became redundant to me. Could not get through to anyone over the phone or on the live chat. Sent multiple emails with no response. Package was coming from India to Canada. Now they called and said I should wait for a call back from them later that day… more than a day has gone by

Good Quality not so good Delivery
The quality of the step and repeat was very good. The design was exactly as we created and the packaging was very secure. However, we paid extra for express delivery and this did not happen. To be fair the company reimbursed 50% of the express payment but it was annoying that it had to be chased up at all.
