Easy to create and delivered on time!
This is our second time to design a large selfie sign through Best of Signs. The design tool is a little clunky if you're uploading your own artwork but once you get the hang of it, it works well. Great colors and speedy delivery!

Significant Delays in call backs
I had some issues with design quality, which I tried diligently to work with the design team to resolve. As the needed deadline to ship was quickly approaching, I was calling support upto 2 times a day. Each call ended with a promise that a design team member would call me back within 2 hours. That didn't happen for 3 business days. Finally, I was connected with a design team member and we were able to resolve the issue quicker than the hold time to connect with a CSR. Since the promises were made and I stuck with them, I asked for complimentary expedited shipping which the Design team member assured could be done. Instead, I got an invoice that would need to be covered before my project would be shipped. I was so upset at the amount of time this project was causing due to the promises made and the calls I had to make, including a final call to get the complimentary shipping I was promised. Thankfully the shipping of the print job happened in time for the event, but not by more than 24 hours. I'd likely not use this company again.

Very happy
It was a little on the flimsy side but that’s just the thickness of the material. Wish it was another 1mm or 2mm thicker but that is not the company's fault. Printing looks great! I am satisfied.

We love our Selfie Board
Excellent quality and so easy to design online! We just ordered our second and third selfie boards after having our first for nearly a year. We were very happy with the quality after so many people had handled it at so many events. It's super sturdy and solid. The colors have not faded at all either. We would definitely recommend.
