Had an order that I sent proof back with issues and never had a response. Sent two tickets inquiring abt the proof review, never heard a word. Cancelled order and the keeping asking for another chance and then said they never had a respond but then said they got my corrected proof. Tried to give store credit instead of refund to original payment. I don’t not recommend this company at all.

I will first say that the pricing and quality of the sign I received was good. However, because I needed the sign ASAP I didn't take the time to read reviews. I needed a banner by Friday, Sept 27th and I purchased expedited shipping for an additional $15. However, they printed and shipped my banner from India, and I just received it today, Monday, Sept 30th at 1pm. I called customer service and of course they stated that they can only guarantee the delivery date up to 89%. So they were not willing to refund me any amount for the shipping. In the future, I will be sure that I don't need any of their products within a week or more.
